Sydney New Year's Eve 2004–05 was the 10th Sydney New Year's Eve held at Sydney Harbour on the evening of 31 December 2004 and in the early hours of 1 January 2005. The Nine Network broadcast the event for their tenth consecutive year, the same amount of time Richard Wilkins had hosted it for at the time. The theme was previously revealed to be "Reflections" with fireworks once again produced by Foti International Fireworks.[1] This was Leo Schofield's third and final year as creative director. He was succeeded by Wayne Harrison.
